NOCCA Culinary Arts Summer Camp Starts with a Bang!

noccaTwenty one high school students completed their first week of the NOCCA Culinary Summer Program, taking place at its new location in the Ritz Carlton kitchens until June 26th.

With funding from Emeril Lagasse Foundation, the third annual intensive summer program welcomes back guest instructor, Chef Michael Makuch from Johnson & Wales who has been with the program since inception.
