The Emeril Lagasse Foundation provides grants to 501 (c) 3 organizations that provide services within the communities where Emeril’s restaurants operate, which include New Orleans, Las Vegas, Orlando and Miami. The foundation supports programs creating developmental opportunities for children within the following areas: public education, culinary arts, the arts and humanities, and life skills development.
Grant consideration is limited to:
- Organizations with 501 (c) 3 status.
- Organizations that operate in New Orleans, Las Vegas, Orlando or Miami. Requests from outside of these geographic areas are not eligible for consideration.
- Organizations that do not discriminate by race, religion, sex, age or national origin.
Grant requests are not accepted via e-mail. If you are an organization that falls within our criteria listed above, please mail a concept letter no longer than three pages along with any necessary information to:

If your concept letter is eligilbe for consideration, you will be contacted by the Emeril Lagasse Foundation with further instruction and grant application criteria.
The following requests are not related to grant applications for education programs, and therefore cannot be considered by Emeril Lagasse Foundation:
- Personal appearance requests for Chef Emeril Lagasse.
- Requests for personal financial assistance and/or scholarships for individuals.
- In-kind donations of Emerilware products for fundraising or charity events.
- Request of Emeril’s Restaurants services.
